Launched in 2022, this intensive three-day program introduces over a hundred graduates from diverse fields such as engineering, finance, and HR to the dynamic world of a $5 billion infrastructure project business. Utilising a collaborative model between Fulton Hogan and JDP, the program emphasises cultural immersion, communication proficiency and leadership development. In parallel, organisation values, goals and strategies are shared with the group.


Inspired by a Survivor theme, this program incorporates elements of well-being, interpersonal communication, teamwork, and leadership assessment. Notably, our unique peer-assessment mechanism identifies leadership competencies which directly informs streaming for candidates into internal development programs. The Fulton Hogan "Grad Camp" exemplifies where theory meets practice, skin in the game is modelled and talents are nurtured to become industry leaders.
